Primary responsibilities Prepare outgoing transmittals, general communications, requests for information, to client Receive incoming transmittals, allocate to internal file server, distribute to relevant internal stakeholders both within and outside of AMUK Maintain transmittal register for all incoming and outgoing AMUK deliverables Supply Chain Correspondence Receive incoming documentation from suppliers (email, filesharing portals), allocate to relevant file locations on AMUK fileserver, and distribute to relevant stakeholders within business Return markups, changes, etc, (prepared by others), to suppliers, and facilitate confirmed delivery return dates for any updates Maintain transmittal registers for all incoming and outgoing supply chain deliverables General Fully responsible for ownership upkeep and maintenance of dedicated project Documents Status Register (DSR) Ability to maintain control records on drawings (ability to update title blocks on CAD) Work with Project Engineer to maintain regular forecast dates for deliverables Required skills and qualifications Highly refined organisational skills, including managing document control on multiple contracts Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel IT skills, experience and knowledge necessary for working competently within various collaborative data platforms; Egress/Proom/SAP/Kahootz; ERP systems; etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Security clearance will be necessary therefore a valid BPSS certificate is mandatory; upon appointment the charges accrued will be covered by the company Formal qualifications relevant to the role Familiarisation with Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Chilled Water, Refrigeration and Fixed Firefighting systems Familiarisation with the Naval market Experience working within a highly controlled security environment What AERIUS are looking for in you Highly efficient approach to the role, providing support to other project staff The skill sets and enthusiasm necessary to support project staff Effective interpersonal skills in communicating and delivering data control requirements The ability to work independently whilst being an active member of project teams Flexible approach, able to prioritise and act promptly on project requirements Training and Development Aerius Marne UK support continuous professional development and will work with the successful candidate to identify relevant/ appropriate training.
