Person Specification: Fluent in Italian Proven experience in Recruitment , ideally within an agency environment Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
