Duties: - Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required - Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment - Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes - Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes and proposals - Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options - Create detailed take-offs and quantity surveys - Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients - Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required - Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs - Proficient in using estimating software and tools - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal If you share our pride and vison for excellence apply now!
