Job Description The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to: Working responsibly and safely in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety Management System Working in accordance with the Company's Quality Management System Reading and understanding of engineering drawings Reading and understanding Material Schedules Reading and understanding Quality Plans Goods inwards inspection in line with the Company's procedures Material certification review and approval in line with the Company's procedures Stock control and approval in line with the Company's procedures In process and final inspections of equipment using tapes, micrometres, vernier callipers and Faro Arm (training provided), and the creation of inspection reports Equipment Calibration in line with the Company's procedures Producing dimensional and other related QC reports in line with the Company's procedures Assisting the Production Manager and QC Engineer during equipment manufacture and quality related matters A strong understanding of health and safety requirements Ability to read and understand engineering drawings General understanding of pressure equipment manufacture (pressure vessels and heat exchangers) General understanding and working knowledge of materials Experience with quality/environmental/safety management standards such as ISO 9001:2015 Experience in manufacturing and inspection of equipment Ability to use inspection tools and equipment Strong organisational skills Ability to cope under pressure Keen attention to detail A full driving licence is required for this role.
