Manage the legal process of section agreements, easements and wayleaves as required; Project managing the plot sales and marketing process, liaising with key stakeholders including sales agents, marketing agencies and plot sales solicitors; ensuring sales revenues and sales rates are maximised; Leadership of handover processes to customers and Cubes customer care team; Review customer satisfaction outcomes on projects to ensure the customer journey is understood and a positive experience of moving into their new home; Ensure the swift close out of all project files, provision of information to internal departments and financial outturn reporting following practical completion; Assisting colleagues with information gathering, investigations, warranty claims and rectification works related to latent defects.
