We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The main objective of this role is to ensure embroidery machines operate efficiently for the maximum possible time while consistently producing high-quality work in line with customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Operate embroidery machines efficiently, minimising downtime caused by thread breakages, empty cones/cops, or bobbins Ensure embroidery quality meets a high standard and matches the design sheet at all times (key priority) Prepare and plan upcoming tasks while machines are running to ensure smooth transitions between orders Frame and position garments accurately according to customer specifications or standard placement guidelines Take full responsibility for correct positioning, neat finishes, colour accuracy, and avoiding jump stitches or gaps Carry out routine machine maintenance and coordinate maintenance schedules with other operators Report machine faults or disruptions promptly to the Team Leader or Management before shutting down equipment Prevent operator-related errors such as incorrect badge rotation or thread mishandling Teamwork & Shift Handover: Support team targets and deadlines; assist Packers by removing backings and packing orders when machines are running and the workload allows Communicate clearly during shift handovers, passing on details of current orders, next tasks, and machine performance Maintain a clean and organised workstation at the end of each shift Additional Duties: Stack finished boxes onto pallets and ensure parcels are not left on the floor Report shortages of threads, cartons, bags, or embroidery and packing materials Responsibilities & Standards: Maintain high-quality embroidered designs and finished products Ensure neat, tidy, and professional embellishment at all times Maintain machine and workspace cleanliness in line with Health & Safety regulations Experience & Skills (Desirable): Previous experience operating embroidery or industrial machinery Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Hours: Sunday to Thursday nights 21:30-06:00 For any more details, please contact Lidia on (phone number removed)
