Completion of line records to include material traceability, yield & usage. Perform necessary adjustments and activities for a changeover. Role model behaviour in line with the company values, challenging and / or escalating to the appropriate supervisor any behaviour that does not fall within these values. Ensure full adherence to Company Health and Safety Procedures and Practices. Identify and report any conduct that breaches Health & Safety or does not fall within our company values, including all incidents and near misses. Conducts line safety checks in line with company procedures. Compliance with PPE requirements. Confirmation of raw material identification in line with specification. Compliance with the Company's Quality and GMP Standards and ensure appropriate work wear is worn. Responsible for ensuring the area and work space is sanitised maintained in a clean and tidy manner, adopting a clean as you go approach. Challenging waste and escalating where appropriate. Ensure effective communication with all key stakeholders, including (but not exclusive to), Packers, Line Operators and Advanced Operators (TBC), escalating issues immediately to appropriate Supervisor BENEFITS PACKAGE: Bonus is up to 5% of salary, depending on companies performance. Pension - Employee contribution 5%, Company contribution 5% (This increases to 7% in 4th year of employment and 9% in the 5th year) 31 days holidays, inclusive with Bank Holidays.
