Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a veterinary surgeon with a strong dental bias to work alongside the team at our 24 hour Tier III accredited hospital in Dewsbury. The dental suite is well equipped with all the kit needed for performing high-level first opinion procedures alongside more advanced surgeries. You would be working alongside a specialised dental nurse plus an experienced and driven RVN team. The rota would be four days a week plus one-in-four Saturdays. Your days at the hospital would be spent performing dentistry plus helping out with other first opinion procedures if needed, followed by evening consultations. There is no OOH commitment as the site runs a separate night team. Bank holidays are usually one per year and allocated primarily on a voluntary basis with TOIL.
