Provide a range of strategic advice from transforming organisations' sourcing teams, delivering complex multi-billion-pound procurements, and advising clients on how to embrace technology to accelerate sourcing processes and harness data. Support your clients to achieve their desired business outcomes by harnessing deep technical knowledge and applying innovative approaches to sourcing and procurement. Qualifications Experience in strategic sourcing and/or procurement, including operating model design, procurement process design and supply chain management. For Principal Consultant roles prior consulting experience is essential Evidence of leading and supporting change ortransformation initiatives in multifaceted stakeholder environments. Strong delivery experience from working on procurement/commercial and strategic sourcing projects from buyer and/or supplier perspectives. Expertise in navigating complex procurement processes within asset intensive sectors, including, Transport & Infrastructure or Energy & Utilities to deliver successful value for money outcomes. Experience in strategic sourcing and/or procurement across works, goods and services is desirable, including procurement of construction works, engineering services and other relevant procurement activities within asset-intensive industries. Experience in managing supplier service delivery arrangements or improving supplier and sourcing relationships. Experience in category management, cost optimisation and spend management. A proven ability to think creatively and commercially to solve complex procurement and sourcing challenges. Excellent interpersonal and team working skills that translate to exceptional stakeholder management. Strong self-starter and growth mindset with excellent communication skills. CIPS, MCIPS, IACCM or equivalent sourcing qualifications are preferable. Prior consulting experience in a sourcing context is preferable.
