The Role We are seeking an inspiring teacher who can support our children and young people with special needs, aged 4 to 19, to achieve their full potential. We require expertise in teaching autistic, profound multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and deaf learners. We are looking for a teacher to start in September for the academic year. We welcome teachers currently working in mainstream schools, at primary level or above. Many of our teaching staff have successfully transitioned from mainstream school environments to Northern Counties School recently. We also accept applications from Early Career Teachers (ECT) and individuals with a working knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL).
