Key Responsibilities Support teaching and learning across EYFS and Key Stage 1. Provide whole-class, small-group and 1:1 support. Deliver phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities. Provide additional support to pupils with SEN where required. Adapt activities and resources to meet different learning needs and abilities. Support children's communication, confidence, independence and social development. Work closely with class teachers and the wider school team. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children across EYFS and/or Key Stage 1. Primary school experience is essential. Confidence supporting phonics and early learning. Some experience supporting pupils with SEN. An adaptable approach and confidence working across different year groups. Patient, nurturing and proactive. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
