The Role The school is seeking a skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing whole-class cover across the school during PPA time, leadership release and staff absence. You will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive classroom behaviour and supporting pupils across a range of year groups. This position would suit an adaptable HLTA who is comfortable working across different primary key stages and enjoys supporting teaching and learning in a dynamic school environment.
