Oversee and develop a team of talented planning lawyers. Provide expert guidance on planning matters across private and public sectors, including residential and commercial developments. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure high-quality legal advice and client representation. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Work closely with the partnership, especially the real estate team. Prepare a strategic business plan focusing on growth and team development. Candidate Profile: Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE and a strong background in planning law. Preferably a current partner seeking the next career challenge. Demonstrates leadership, team management, and inspiring skills across multiple locations. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities, committed to high ethical standards.
