At least 2 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly within automotive, aerospace, marine, or motorsport manufacturing. Strong understanding of best working practices in production and prototype environments. Ability to build complex assemblies following assembly drawings and work instructions. Proficiency in manual assembly processes and manufacturing methods such as drilling, tapping, and the use of hand tools. Understanding of mechanical and electrical component drawings and the importance of controlled processes and detailed record keeping.
