Overview We are looking for an experienced Virtualization Engineer to join the team that powers Arm's engineering compute platform. In this role, you will play a key part in redesigning our on-premises Virtualization stack and crafting our hybrid-cloud infrastructure strategy. Architect and implement automated workflows for both virtual and bare-metal infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Foreman, and BMaaS platforms-enabling repeatable, reliable infrastructure delivery. Define and implement standards for IaC and configuration practices, helping engineering teams adopt and scale automation across the organization. Integrate infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous delivery of platform changes. Experience with API-driven infrastructure and alignment with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles is highly valued.
