Job Description Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs. Perform mechanical maintenance on HVAC plant, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, and basic plumbing systems.
