As a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll play a part in keeping some of the UK's biggest brands on the road, responsible for conducting inspections, maintenance, repair, and servicing of customers' fleets. Able to work sufficiently and effectively remotely on busy customer premises away from workshop environment. Able to be part of a call out rota to cover out-of-hours breakdowns. Support workshops team members including Apprentice Engineers as required. Accurately record time and parts to complete jobs and associated details on mobile application. Ensuring a first time fix on all repairs where possible. Manage van stock to ensure correct parts are always carried. Ad hoc duties as required. Health and safety at work and workshop cleanliness is of paramount importance. Qualifications: F Gas C&G Valid UK driving licence as using company service vehicle. Working remotely and traveling to customer premises for the majority of work. Installation experience of transport refrigeration units. Experience working in this role/a similar role. Excellent customer service mindset. Great communication skills. Ability to work quickly and effectively. Must be hardworking and self motivated and a productive Engineer. Ability to tackle all aspects of repair and servicing transport refrigeration units. Diagnostics skills/qualifications - desirable. Fleet experience.
