Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Miller with strong programming skills , particularly in offline programming and multi-axis machining. Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling Machines (primarily 3-axis and 4-axis). Offline programming using CAM software (e.g., EdgeCAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar). Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models. Producing precision components to tight tolerances in a variety of materials. Optimising machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times. Conducting first-off and in-process inspections using conventional measuring equipment. Maintaining machines and working to a high standard of housekeeping. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement. Required Experience and Skills: Proven experience in CNC Milling with programming, setting, and operating. Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling. Experience with offline programming (CAM software essential). Proficient in 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining. Experience with 5-axis machining is highly desirable . Ability to work from engineering drawings with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
