Applicants must have a least 1 years experience working within an early years setting, this does not include training. It is desired that you already hold a first aid, safeguarding, behaviour management and food standards certificate, however, training on this can be given. Qualification must be in childcare. Knowledge of the EYFS is essential. It is desired that you have knowledge and experience in having key children, writing observations and have an understanding of learning journeys.
