If so, this could be the role for you Our Centre Managers are responsible for the overall management and leadership of their centre and team and are ultimately accountable for performance in all operational areas including people, service operations, profit, sales and administrative duties. This is a hands-on role so you will spend time in the service bays with the team, training, motivating and assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained. Ideally you should also be experienced and qualified to carry out MOT testing, fast fit repairs or servicing as and when required, according to the demands of the business operation. About The Role Centre Manager responsibilities will include: Being proactive in achieving and/or exceeding sales targets and operating budgets Driving the quality and consistency of customer service Ensuring transaction and customer satisfaction targets are achieved Efficiently managing any customer complaints Effectively managing the team and resources to build a strong reputation for our brand within the local area Managing all stock and ordering requirements Being involved with the development of the Centre, including PR and marketing to raise business profile A minimum of 2 years' experience within the automotive industry is preferred along with a previous track record of managing customer relations and being responsible for a small team.
