We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. Requirements Outline of Key Responsibilities Ability to diagnose faults and rectify effectively. Repairs carried out on first visit wherever possible Identify any repairs that are not landlord responsibility and bring them to the attention of the line manager Where additional works are required, the ability to provide clear information as to work, duration and materials required Undertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or, as directed by line manager Maintain van to an acceptable condition and ensure its cleanliness and tidiness including maintaining stock levels and stock organisation Provide an exceptional level of customer service to Havbury's tenants and stakeholders at all times We are looking for someone who has Full driving licence Ability to work on own initiative Good customer care skills Competent user of I.T.
