Location Watford Area Role Overview Fabrication and assembly of bespoke metal signage and architectural components Working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel materials Reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings High-standard TIG and MIG welding Safe and efficient use of workshop machinery, hand tools, and equipment Completing work to quality standards within agreed deadlines Carrying out ISO and Quality Control data capture as required Requirements Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator / Welder Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop techniques Confident working from technical drawings with accuracy Skilled in TIG and MIG welding Experience with sheet metal forming, including bending and press brake operation Effective problem-solving abilities Able to work independently or collaboratively within a workshop team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Good understanding of health & safety standards Desirable: Experience within the signage or architectural metalwork industry Additional skills in polishing, finishing, and assembly Hours, Salary & Benefits Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (experience dependent) Hours: 8-hour shifts, with overtime available Benefits: Employee healthcare plan (part company-funded) Opportunity for overtime earnings Involvement in diverse and bespoke project work Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
