Wythenshawe, Manchester £36,720 per annum We re continuing to strengthen our Property Services team and are now looking for two experienced Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG). About the Role As a Multi-Skilled Plumber, you ll deliver a responsive and high-quality repairs and maintenance service across WCHG properties. Plumbing will be your core trade, but you ll also carry out a range of associated multi-skilled works to support efficient service delivery and ensure jobs are completed right first time. You ll work independently and alongside other trades, engaging directly with tenants, working safely in occupied homes, and ensuring properties are left clean, secure and in good condition.
