Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive servicing of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and chillers. Diagnose and repair system faults in a timely and professional manner. Complete accurate service reports and maintain relevant documentation. Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on-site. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
