The work would be carried out various government buildings throughout Birmingham. Your new role You will be working as a part of a larger team of Maintenance Engineers providing a wide variety of maintenance services nationally. Your tasks will be completing planned and reactive operational maintenance throughout large office type buildings. You will be expected to be proactive and report into the site Facilities Manager and in line with QSHE policies & procedures. This role description is not exhaustive and other duties and responsibilities of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time. This is a temporary long-term role with a 40-hour week. What you'll need to succeed You must have a full driving license for as travel will be required across various sites in your region and a van will be provided.
