Qualifications & Experience •Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. •2 5 years experience in field service, technical support, or systems installation. •Experience with RFID, EAS, or retail technology is advantageous but not essential. Technical Skills •Understanding of low-voltage electrical systems. •Knowledge of RFID technology and tagging processes. •Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics. •Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. •Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, Wi-Fi). •Competent PC skills and general IT literacy. •Understanding of fundamental electrical and mechanical engineering principles. Additional Requirements •Full, valid UK driving licence. •Willingness to travel frequently within the UK, with occasional overseas travel. •Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required. •Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing on-site installations.
