About the Role: Amber Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to support a critical infrastructure programme where we act as the Integration Partner for our client. The successful candidate will lead targeted interventions to improve CRM functionality and performance, ensuring high-impact outcomes across stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a situational analysis of the current MS Dynamics CRM implementation identifying and documenting performance issues. Deliver actionable recommendations and implement technical fixes to address core inefficiencies. Collaborate with the client to support campaign uploads and data cleansing. Enhance CRM configuration to enable seamless record attachment for stakeholder engagement and delivery partners. Assist in integrating CRM with the evolving tool, focusing on data extraction and deletion where required. Resolve fundamental CRM issues, such as access control and user permissions. Test and validate all fixes in coordination with end-users and facilitate handover to the support team. Key Skills & Experience: Must-Have Experience: Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and optimisation. Strong background in working within Azure environments . Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability. Collaborative mindset with effective stakeholder communication. Meticulous attention to detail with a structured approach to delivery.
