Your future duties and responsibilities In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, shaping architectures that meet both technical demands and business goals. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into innovative designs, and ensure successful delivery from scoping through to implementation. You'll take ownership of solution architecture, provide guidance on modern technologies, and bring together cloud, CRM, and business expertise to deliver lasting value. Collaborating with CGI colleagues, you'll have the opportunity to drive new ideas, influence strategy, and make a visible impact on projects that matter. • Lead & innovate: Shape Dynamics 365 CRM solution designs to align with client strategies. • Develop & deliver: Create architecture documentation and guide technical delivery. • Optimise & automate: Leverage Azure and Power Platform to enhance business outcomes. • Advise & support: Engage in pre-sales activities, presenting technical solutions and value. • Collaborate & grow: Work alongside diverse teams, sharing knowledge and learning new technologies. Required qualifications to be successful in this role To succeed in this role, you should bring proven expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale CRM solutions, with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, cloud environments, and enterprise architecture. You'll combine technical depth with strong business acumen, and thrive in collaborative, client-facing roles. Essential: • Extensive experience implementing large Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and business solutions deployment. • Proven ability to assess feasibility of integrations and migrations from non-Microsoft platforms. • Demonstrable Dynamics 365 SaaS administration and on-premise installation experience. • Proficiency in Azure and Power Platform solutions. • Advanced business knowledge in CRM, Marketing, or Field Services domains. • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
