We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to produce accurate, competitive tenders and budgets for ventilation and associated mechanical systems on data center and commercial property projects. The role involves detailed take-offs from drawings, obtaining and analysing supplier/subcontractor quotations, and working closely with design, project management, and commercial teams. You will help ensure our bids are technically robust, commercially competitive, and aligned with client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities: Complete material and labour take-offs for ductwork, air handling units, fans, dampers, grilles, supports, and associated equipment.
