This will include working to GMYF professional guidance and licensing requirements as directed by supervising staff. These programmes are particularly supportive to those at risk of permanent exclusion, on reduced timetables or simply identified as needing extra support or time away, from the classroom for a variety of background reasons. These programmes aim to increase confidence and self-esteem, providing participants with positive learning experiences to help build resilience and wellbeing. There is an increased demand for our programmes supporting those recovering from the aftermath of Covid 19 and children struggling with the re-integration back into school. This is coupled with a shortage of special school places and pressures on schools to meet the needs of all their students whilst providing full days of education. Forest School and Outdoor learning is run with full and half class size sessions but we specialise, and have a proven track record, in intensive alternative education packages, whether on an individual or small group basis. This mainly involves working in a school setting in their own outdoor area, or we help to develop a suitable outdoor space with the students. These programmes are particularly supportive to those at risk of permanent exclusion, on reduced timetables or simply identified as needing extra support or time away, from the classroom for a variety of background reasons. These programmes aim to increase confidence and self-esteem, providing participants with positive learning experiences to help build resilience and wellbeing. There is an increased demand for our programmes supporting those recovering from the aftermath of Covid 19 and children struggling with the re-integration back into school. This is coupled with a shortage of special school places and pressures on schools to meet the needs of all their students whilst providing full days of education. The right candidate will be taking responsibility for executing these programmes within specific schools and work will be allocated on a regular basis. Our outdoor Instructors can work alone with one-to-one programmes and small groups. Some clients will support with a school staff member, depending on the programme/student's needs. The Referees' Committee is responsible for all matters pertaining to referees including, but not limited to, recruitment, training, grading, dealing with complaints concerning the application of the Laws of the Games, instruction, appointment of international referees, other relevant appointments, and assessment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the development of referees at all levels of the game and co-ordinate development events for elite, grassroots, and regional development groups. Drive the recruitment of referees at grassroots level and implement retention strategies for these officials. Organise the recruitment and development of the Referee Support Team including observers, mentors, instructors, and coaches. Co-ordinate the appointment of referees to Association competitions, internal referee appointments and the allocation of referees at Intermediate level. Manage all budgets associated with refereeing including UEFA Convention, Referee Budget, and International Officials budget. Design and implement training programmes and performance evaluations for referees at all levels of the game. Complete all allocated actions from the Referees Committee, liaising closely with them regarding the implementation of the Referees Strategy and providing reports and recommendations regarding the performance of officials. Co-ordinate fitness tests and welfare needs training ensuring officials are meeting the required standards. Proactively participate in training and development opportunities, staff performance appraisals and reviews as required. Comply with Data Protection Policy regarding safeguarding sensitive information.
