Warren Machine Tools (Guildford) Ltd (Warco) is a long-established supplier of machine tools and accessories to the light industrial, education, and hobbyist sectors for over 50 years. Based near Liphook, Surrey, Warco is proud of its reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. What s in it for you? Requirements: Proven track record in B2C and B2B marketing, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or product sectors Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of your own business development plan with a strong can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience marketing to education, hobbyist, and industrial/engineering sectors Proven success in lead generation and delivering measurable sales outcomes Strong marketing communications skills across multiple platforms, with creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Meticulous attention to detail What will your role look like? Working closely with the Managing Director and external agencies, your responsibilities will include: Generate new sales leads and support marketing campaigns across multiple channels Manage Warco s social media, online communications, and content creation Plan and implement web and email marketing campaigns Produce marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, fliers, and newsletters Support online affiliate marketing and exhibitions Ensure website content, product information, and pricing are accurate and consistent with the brand Provide innovative ideas to increase marketing ROI and measure campaign performance Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, competitor activity, and competitors USPs You must demonstrate a strong marketing background, ideally within an engineering, product, or manufacturing environment, combined with a commercial and forward-thinking mindset. You will be proactive by nature and comfortable working in an SME environment.
