At Lifeways, we're looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our warm and welcoming team at Hassop Close , a peaceful bungalow on the outskirts of Chesterfield. About Hassop Close Hassop Close is home to four lovely ladies aged 50-70, each with their own interests-from watching soaps and doing jigsaws to visiting garden centres and getting their nails done. The atmosphere is mostly quiet and relaxing, with occasional lively moments. You'll be part of a small, dedicated team that goes the extra mile to provide person-centred support. "Hassop Close is in a quiet location with wildlife regularly visiting the garden. The people here are supported to do the things they love and reach maximum independence based on their abilities."- Manager, Hassop Close Shift Pattern Morning shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm - 10:00pm Full flexibility to work the above two shifts is required, including Weekends on a rota basis Waking night cover may also be required What You'll Be Doing Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals Encouraging independence and community involvement Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person Working as part of a close-knit, caring team What We're Looking For A genuine desire to help others Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and a positive attitude No formal qualifications required-just the right mindset What benefits do we offer?
