Job Summary: We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Shift Team Leader (working 4 on 4 off days and nights 6-6) in our Cleanroom production environment. This will offer you a great opportunity to further develop your understanding of a composites business along with development and training to enhance your leadership skills. Helping to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering high quality products. In turn helping the business to develop and grow as being the go to Composites Component provider to key airspace programmes. What we'll be looking for you to undertake: You will be required to lead the SQCDP board review at the beginning fo every shift to ensure targets are clearly set out for the team. Monitor shift attendance by reporting any absences to management and logging these on the correct HR systems, whilst monitoring the Absence Management Procedures. Managing HR procedures such as, but not limited to, performance and conduct issues with support from HR and the Cleanroom Manager. Ensure all priority tasks are allocated to relevant operators Drive efficiencies responsible for jobs to be completed in timely manner. Make proactive decisions to ensure scheduled demand is kept on target and reprioritising resource capability as required to achieve this (Liaise with Cleanroom Supervisor on any staffing shortfall).
