This is a dynamic, and varied role blending high-level executive support with some private PA responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be discreet, forward-thinking, and super organised, with demonstrated experience in a similar setting. Responsibilities Manage a complex calendar, inbox, travel, and expenses. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and research for meetings. Support deal processes, pipeline tracking, and portfolio communications. Maintain CRM data and handle confidential information with discretion. Ad hoc private support as needed.
