Key tasks, duties and quality standards: To run the post desk and deal with incoming and outgoing mail and faxes quickly and efficiently. The Ideal Candidate A natural people person with confident, warm communication skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service. Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service or office administration is welcome but not essential if you bring strong interpersonal skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly. Highly organised, detail-focused and capable of managing a varied workload to tight deadlines.
