This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting learners and helping them achieve their full potential in a post-16 education environment. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with lecturers and support teams to assist students who may require additional help with their learning. This may include supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), learning difficulties, or additional academic support within classroom settings or on a one-to-one basis.
