Experience in financial modelling, viability assessment, and risk analysis. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail. Confident user of Microsoft Office. Desirable Background in a technical construction field (e.g., Architecture, Surveying). Experience with SDS Proval/Sequel or similar financial assessment software. Project management qualification.
