Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to verify that the finished products meet specifications and customer requirements. Working with QC and CMM operator to inspect and resolve any quality-related issues. Troubleshooting: Analyse and troubleshoot problems that may arise during machining operations and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve mechanical or technical issues promptly. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety training for CNC machinists and promote a culture of safety within the department.
