Skills & Expertise Essential Solid Test Automation experience across the multitude of Windows and Mac browsers and Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows). Test automation experience using Cucumber/Ruby, Robot, WebDriver, Selenium. Experience of at least one of Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Appium, Calabash, TestCloud or other Cloud Service Testing Framework. Test automation experience of ReST and SOAP based APIs and Web Services using single and multi-threading. Good understanding of web technologies e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ReST and JSON. Comma is an open banking bulk payment system. It handles the boring but important stuff - bills, salaries, and taxes. We get to market through bookkeepers and accountants by enabling payment services. This helps small and micro businesses who don't have access to corporate banking. We've just raised a high profile seed round and we are experiencing the challenges and excitement of a growing team. We have a lot of demand for what we are providing and are inundated with product requirements and feedback from our engaging customer base. The first version of our product written in React / Typescript / Node, hosted on AWS Lambda. About the role: You will be an acting Senior Software Engineer with ownership of the testing suite, operating within our cross-functional Engineering tribe. You will be the subject expert for everything test related, capable of showing the team members how to build and test best quality in our products, supporting them to draw feedback about the quality delivered across automated and manual tests, ensuring their releases are reliable, stable, meeting the high standards of quality set.
