Key Responsibilities Support class teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs. Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and general administrative tasks. Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment. Support positive behaviour management in line with school policies.
