What We're Looking For: Previous estimating experience is beneficial but not essential. A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to interpret technical drawings would be advantageous. A willingness to learn and develop within a growing business.
