Confidence in using workshop machinery and your own set of hand tools. Experience in creating laminated pieces. The ability to work efficiently under your own supervision. A full UK Driving Licence and the ability to reliably commute to Ossett. The "Nice-to-Haves" (Bonus points if you have these!): Experience with curved woodwork. Experience fitting joinery on-site.
