Admissions Officer Are you ready to take your admissions experience to the next level? As an Admissions Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the marketing to attract prospective students and guiding them through the admissions journey. Admissions Officer Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing the entire admissions process, from initial contact to enrolment, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Following up leads and contacts promptly to maximise recruitment potential. Processing student admission documents accurately and liaising with applicants and staff to coordinate interviews and assessments. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of academic programmes, entry requirements, eligibility criteria, and fee structures to provide accurate information. Responding to student queries in a timely, professional manner across multiple channels. Managing the CRM system to track applications, maintain leads, and generate reports. Attending external events such as open days and fairs, including weekend commitments, to promote the training institution. Facilitating communication between applicants and the senior team to support effective decision-making. Assisting with other tasks as required in this fast-paced, client-facing environment. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and quick learning of new CRM systems. Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for event attendance. Ability to travel occasionally, including weekends (time-in-lieu provided). Location This role is based in South Oxfordshire. Candidates must have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.
