Experience with service desk tools such as Zendesk (or equivalent), ITIL-aligned support processes, and working within regulated or financial services environments (preferred). Hands on experience with end user hardware setup, configuration, maintenance, and asset management, including liaison with third party suppliers and contractors. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality user support, including Executive and VIP stakeholders, with a strong focus on customer service.
