The role focuses on investigating claims thoroughly, overseeing remedial works, and resolving cases efficiently to minimise litigation while meeting tenant expectations and maintaining legal compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage disrepair complaints received as legal claims, working closely with Bristol City Council Legal Services.
