Required Skills & Qualifications for the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / LGV Technician / Fleet Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Technician / Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic / Lorry Mechanic: • Level 3 qualification in HGV mechanics. • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) License. • Proven ability to work independently and use own initiative. • Experience in LOLER testing for skip and hook equipment. • Familiarity with a range of HGV body types. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. • Excellent multitasking abilities. Desired Skills : • HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) License. • Experience with hydraulic systems and lorry loader cranes.
