Responsibilities: Service, maintain and repair boilers and heating systems Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently Carry out gas safety checks and complete LGSRs Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures Complete job documentation electronically Deliver high standards of customer service Requirements: Essential Valid ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT) Full UK driving licence Experience in domestic and/or commercial heating Desirable NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating Unvented (G3) certification Commercial Gas (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A) Social housing experience Benefits includes: Competitive salary Company vehicle and fuel card 24 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension and life cover (1.5x salary) Ongoing training and development opportunities This is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency.
