What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Systems Analyst or similar Ideally have worked within the Utilities sector Proven experience in administering training, development, and competency platforms, construction management software, or digital form capture technologies would also be advantageous Must possess good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information logically. Strong communication, presentational and written skills with the ability to describe complex issues simply to colleagues at all levels of seniority. Has a systematically and creative minded approach to problem solving whilst working alone and equally as part of a team. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whist still producing good quality work. Experienced at gathering requirements and has strong negotiating skills. Experienced at prioritisation of calls. Excels at transferring knowledge through user guides or training.
