Professional Skills & Experience: You have worked in higher education, EdTech, or similar industry. Experienced in customer success / assisted users with product related inquiries and troubleshooting. Enthusiasm for learning to design and deliver engaging training sessions or workshops. Aptitude for building positive relationships with individuals in various settings. Interest in developing and evaluating assessments that support learning objectives. Detail oriented approach to problem solving and a desire to provide excellent user support. This role is open to candidates across the UK and required to be in the London office 2 days/week.
