Acting as Deputy for the Head of Credit Underwriting during periods of absence e.g. holidays. Providing guidance and support to junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance. Being an expert in the Bank's lending policy and a "go-to" referral point for BDM, RM and other Credit team colleagues.
